I ordered a turkey sandwich and a fruit cup from 7-Eleven, it was disappointing all over again. The sandwich bread was dry, and the lettuce looked old like it had been sitting around way too long. The fruit cup had a weird smell, so I didn’t even bother finishing it. I get that it’s convenience store food, but it should still be fresh enough to eat. I’m kind of tired of running into the same quality issues, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering food from the site again.

I had a small issue with my order and, uh, customer service got back to me quickly. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but they fixed the problem and were really nice about it.

My order was mostly right, though I did have to double-check it because something seemed a little off. Maybe I’m remembering it wrong, but overall it was close enough and not a huge deal.

"Hot food was disappointing"
Ordered some hot food from 7-Eleven wasn’t too impressed. Pizza slice was kind of dry and tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. Wings were warm, but definitely not hot, and the texture was a little off. Sauce was okay, but overall just didn’t feel fresh. Know it’s convenience store food, so wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but still felt below average. Probably won’t order the hot food again unless there’s really no other option...

I didn’t feel very safe when I was inside the store. The whole place just felt kind of sketchy, and the staff barely acknowledged me. I was also confused because the email made it sound like one thing, but the experience in person felt totally different.

"Checkout Was Slower Than Expected"
I tried checking out on 7-eleven.com and it was a little annoying. The site was loading fine at first, so I thought it would be quick, but once I got to payment it just dragged. They make it seem like the process should be smooth and easy, but that kind of vague promise doesn’t mean much when you’re just sitting there waiting for the payment to go through. It did work in the end, so I can’t say it was a complete mess, but it definitely wasn’t as quick as I expected

"Usually has what I need"
I mostly use 7-eleven.com to check what’s available before I head to the store. Most of the time, when it shows snacks, drinks, or basic stuff in stock, it’s actually there when I get there.
That said, I’ve had a few trips where the site said something was available, but the store didn’t have it. It’s annoying because the communication isn’t always clear, and you don’t really know if the item is truly in stock or if the site just hasn’t updated.
Overall, it still helps me avoid wasted trips sometimes, and the selection is usually decent. It’s not perfect, but it works well enough that I’d give it 4 stars

"Refund came through, but I had to keep chasing it"
I had a problem with an online order from 7-eleven and ended up asking for a refund. Support did reply, but it felt like way more effort than it should’ve been. I had to keep following up just to get updates, which got frustrating. The refund did eventually come through, but it took longer than they originally said. Not a total disaster, just annoying that I had to push so much to get it handled.
